“Resolution in Support of Gender-Inclusive Policies and Practices throughout California State Polytechnic University, Pomona”

This resolution promotes gender equity, human rights, and basic accommodations for the LBGTQ+ and non-binary population of Cal Poly Pomona.
The resolution resolves:
Recognizes a third, non-binary gender identity
Commits to updating all internal organizational policies and procedures to be gender-inclusive
Requires ASI administrators, staff and student leaders to atted Safe-Zone Ally Training
Encourages the Cal Poly Pomona administration to extend Safe-Zone Ally Training to all administrators, faculty and staff
Requires that any and all of the organization’s current and future operated facilities be gender-inclusive
Encourages Cal Poly Pomona to further ensure all current and future University operated facilities to be gender-inclusive
